We prepare and send each order with care.
Below is how we handle your delivery from us to you.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking details.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • United States & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Others: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping timelines may vary depending on location, customs processing, and external courier delays.


Tracking

Once shipped, your order will include a tracking number sent via email.

Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in the system.
If there is no update after 14 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll assist you.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

We are unable to make changes once the order has been processed.

Munno is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend contacting your local courier for assistance.

If an issue occurs due to our error, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately.
If this happens, each shipment will have its own tracking number.


Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Unpaid customs duties
  • Refusal of delivery

We offer two options:

1. Reshipment
We can resend the package with additional shipping cost and a 10% processing fee.

2. Refund
A refund can be issued once the item is returned to us, with a 10% processing fee deducted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by high demand, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
While we always aim for timely delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
