For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be mentioned in the product description.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide 🌏

Shipping rates and timelines will be calculated at checkout.
If your country isn’t listed, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Orders are processed quite quickly, so we’re unable to cancel or edit them once placed.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to update shipping details after an order is confirmed.

Can I return my order?

Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

Product Care

How do I clean my bag?

We recommend gentle spot cleaning using soap and water.

Can I put my bag in the washing machine?

Please don’t — your bag prefers a gentler touch.

Machine washing may damage the structure and remove the protective coating.

Can I iron my bag?

For canvas materials:
You may iron on low heat with a cloth in between (no direct contact).

For nylon or puffy materials:
Please avoid ironing.

Will the waterproof coating last forever?

Over time, the coating may soften with use — like anything well-loved.

But it can be refreshed easily with a waterproof spray, so your bag stays ready for everyday moments 🌧️
