We hope you love everything you receive.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — gently and fairly.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free from stains or damage
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
For returns due to change of mind:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A 10% processing fee may be deducted to cover handling and logistics
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The easiest way is to:
- Return your item
- Place a new order once your return is approved
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed quickly.
Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will review and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items returned after 14 days
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Return to Sender
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Unpaid customs fees
- Refusal of delivery
We offer:
1. Reshipment
Available with additional shipping cost + 10% processing fee
2. Refund
Issued once the item is returned to us, with 10% processing fee deducted
(Original shipping cost is non-refundable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or provider to complete the transaction.
